Workshop Overview
Intro to The Women’s Code:
This intro session covers what women are up against and what stands in the way of your success. You will look at mindsets and limiting beliefs, and gain clarity on the skill sets you to need so you can map out your path to success in business and beyond.
Principles of Balanced Leadership:
You will identify your own leadership style and understand the differences between how men and women lead. Knowing this, you can apply both styles to successfully negotiate, ask for money, and deal with clients, partners, and vendors.
How to Find Your Superskill:
You know the term unique selling proposition (USP) because it is the key to every marketing message and sales pitch you will ever make or hear. But, you also need a personal value proposition so you can explain to someone the value you bring to the table, the team, or the company. Know your Superskill and create both with ease.
Committing to Your Success Plan:
In this final session, we focus on setting your goals with actionable items and fuel your commitment to achieving them. You will be present your plan to the class and share how you will succeed as a woman leader.
